Yes, I've lead other factions in the past I ran Rangers in VG awhile ago. Ive also been officer in a bunch of other factions in VG
=14pxWhat ways are you going to be able to keep your faction disciplined, active, and fun? List at least three ways you’re going to do all these. (Three for each) I feel like sims are fun and a way to improve players skill so we would be doing some sims. and Every 3 weeks make them put there rank and name in discord to keep people active and also implement a 2 strike system meaning if they misbehave twice they get demoted or other discoplinary actions.
=14pxWhy do you think you’ll be a better Officer than any other applicant for this spot? (at least 200 words)
I feel like I have a lot more experience than a regular player and have a lot of great ideas that would help improve the faction and make a better place for new recruits. Also I have seen what it takes to sustain a thriving faction and what a leader has to do to help his men and I feel like I can live up to that role as someone new player can look up to and look towards for help and guidance. I also enjoy helping new players and leading them and helping them develop into a great player and soldier. I'm also a great listener and never disrespectful and I respect all of my COs commands and never question them. I also have learned a lot from other great Gens expanding my field of knowledge when it comes to commanding a faction. Also I know how to manage a discord server and keep it clean and neat. I know what it takes to run a faction and keep it up with standards of the server. Also I like to call myself organized and I feel like that would really help the faction I'm commanding because its best to keep everything nice and clean helps with rep in the faction and make it user friendly for new players {discord}
